Provide Details
Give us your policy number and a description of the incident. We’ll guide you through what information we need to process your claim.
Submit Your Claim Form
Complete and return our claim form along with any supporting evidence such as photographs, invoices or contractor quotes.
Claim Assessment
Your claim will be assessed by our team. We may appoint a loss adjuster to visit the site if required.
Settlement
Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange settlement in line with your policy terms and conditions.
