Making a claim
If you need to contact Protek Self-Build to make a claim please call us at 0333 456 8030 or send an email to: claims@protekselfbuild.co.uk
It is important you do whatever you can to minimise the impact of the loss or damage. Any increased costs that mitigate the loss or damage may be recoverable as part of the claim. Please take photographs, and video to evidence the issue. If you have experienced a theft or break-in, then notify the police as we will require the crime reference number.
